Hi, I'm Nihar Pasala

I'm an accomplished and experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. A passionate engineer with diverse experience spanning High Performance Distributed Systems to Low-level Systems and Kernel Development.

Currently at Snowflake, I'm a key contributor to the Native Applications Framework, serving as Product Owner and Team Lead for AI/ML, Marketplace, Security and Trust, and Replication features. I'm also leading GenAI workstreams to simplify and accelerate app development.

My career has taken me through some of the most innovative companies in tech and finance, including Two Sigma where I built their first high-frequency trading platform, NVidia where I worked on GPU drivers, and various leadership roles where I've grown and mentored engineering teams.
